Villain has min-raised me 4x now vs my small bets. Turn helps us a lot.

We got the top of our semi-bluff range. Playing 47/33 over 52 hands. He's also donking 2/3 of his hands. He's seen 10/15 turns.

Why are we bet calling on turn?

AP I’d obviously like to not block pairs, but this is probably a more profitable call down than, say, 66 or a hand with clubs in it. It does block A2 combos, of which a 47/33 is totally capable of having offsuit versions of.

You have AA, AK, KQ, KK, A2s, clubdraws, some gutters. I don't see why we want to bet call naked A-hi top pair blockers here. Also if you think he plays that wide he has a lot of hands with equity and even 2x/33 in his range. These turn minraises IP are often marginal hands that want to see a cheap showdown or a really strong hand.

Can't back it up with data but I don't think the "he only raises me on the turn because my bet looks weak" holds often enough vs weaker opponents.

Also this is a 3-way spot (OTF) which makes ranges much stronger.

Against this guy, I would think there are better spots to take a stand than AQ unimproved on a K-high 3-way flop then facing a turn raise. Our equity is crap against everything but air.
