Leak - Losing 1/3 of stack quickly in the match

Hi,
I find that I have a big leak in my game and I'm not quite sure how to fix it. The thing is, I always throw away chips very fast on failed cbets/2nd barrels, missed draws and things like this and it seems I never experience it from the opposite side (I never go into the lead). I know I probably should change my attitude of pfring 90% & then cbetting 75% boards and giving up after opp's call but... Did anyone of you experienced it before? How did you get rid of it? Because after all, I need to stand at least two pushes/calls before I can even win, if you understand.
My guesses:
- I should play more hands into showdown
- I should bluff less than now
- I shouldn't cbet that often (making it like 2/3 times)
- I should start to 3bet light (I never do)
- ???
It hurts my bankroll, please help...

If you cbet 75% and only continue with good hands on the turn if you're called you're quite easy to play against oop. Villains can easily call the flop with weak hands and draws and get to the showdown or bluff the river if they don't think they have showdown value. You should barrel the turn sometimes to make it harder for them. I wouldn't start cbetting less than 75% if the opponent wasn't a big calling station.
Yea, and your memory is probably playing tricks on you a bit...

i founded myself in similar situations.
maybe you shoult reaview some games and make notes against witch opponent type this was. and in witch situations.
i findmyself in making leaklists like this and try some thinks out.
ex:
- Misreads on oppontent type.
calling station, agressive player who try to runs you over later.
against some player types i cbet too often.
addjust your cbets more to board texture
- misreads on board texture.
prefer to cbet on very dry boards.
on some boards a second barrel is needed to kick out Ax low pp, BP type hands
always ask yourself what can call me here. and look on turn if this hand is still likely to call another bet. there are some players who never fold to flops but fold on turn.
- weak hands.
oop i found myself in a leak (ip too) to barrel continue weak BP/MP type hands.
against opponents who barrel a lot. you always found yourself giving the hand up later
so fold early.
- play too loose.
try to play tighter against some opponents.
cards that connect well or make good pairs.
limp hands that make just MP/BP hands.
- build too big pots.
maybee try to raise lower if you see he takes a lot of pots away from you.
mix up you limping/raising range and try to keep the pot smaal.
- play with bet sizes.
against fit or fold players you raise big pre and bet smaal postflop.
try to lower or higer your cbet sizes against different opponents.
try to bet half pot for ex to keep losses smaal.
- read your opponent better make reads early trust them later
try to develop more postflop reads.
what does that ck/c donk/pot mean. is it weak or strong?
