Bet. Your goal is to nail him if he has a KQ type hand, which I never see him folding.
Fire like 160 and the rest on the river. I'd err on the bigger side to keep up the he-might-be-drawing-or-just-bluffing thoughts in his head.

I think 110 is a little too fine. If he has a draw, we should charge him more, and if he has AK, he's not going to care. He obviously isn't going to know he doesn't have the full 9 outs. And we feel better calling a flush bluff on the river with the larger turn bet. The only time I like a smaller bet (like 100) is if he's the type to raise-shove the turn to deny us the odds to a draw w TPgK.

I would go for a near-PSB given the reasons above.
He's gonna talk himself into a call with a king everytime here unless he's a complete nit.
