This may be obvious but, make sure you set some kind of timeline, because I have had a bad experience with this. A long time ago I staked a guy and he had a great session and I paid him. The next day we did it again and he lost a lot. So he had his profit from the previous day in his pocket and I pretty much broke even. So I would maybe keep a running tab month by month or whatever.
