Flip a coin(probably just fold). I'd probably like a call more without the Ks because he could have another million combos of missed flushes then.

Was he an aggro fish or just a typical passive fish? Most fish are passive and if he was passive type fish I'm definitely folding river...He is betting the river oop - I don't think he is bluffing, he wants to get more value so he doesn't want to risk check/check river. You raised the flop maybe that's why he checked the turn so he would induce more bets from you. There are so many two pairs in his range, straights, sets who knows. His min bet on the flop is suspicious though..it looks like one of those flush draw "good price for seeing next street" bets. Damn, he could still be bluffing though. Hard choice for me, I would probably fold, depending on villain. Would jam the turn more and then definitely fold the river if he would call bigger bet on the turn. Did you call here? If you did what did he have?
