I really have no idea how to play such hands. If i check i give freecards, if i bet i almost always get raised and in the small % they call, turn/ river gives str8 and i have a difficult decision again.. is this a b/f due to overcaller's Ai or i should call?What about HU?

BTN could be a fish but even then we're not in good shape, if we're ahead of both we likely aren't far ahead and if behind could be drawing close to dead, one to let go, but also yes I am cbetting to this size too.

Point is the hands were ahead against (like JJ for example) still have around 40-45% equity so we are not winning if they call anyway.

If we bet we mostly want calls from AT, A9, QQ because we have a real equity advantage over them but we are also behind a lot of times and we're still deep enough to not being committed to the pot so I'm pbb checking. We also don't want to play bet/fold here because that is expensive and very exploitable.
