Always calling there, most often it's a nice gift from villain. Can be a T, can be an overpair he declined to 3bet preflop, can be a diamond draw... Rarely he'll show you TT, AA or a 3. Too rarely for making the call EV-

You are up against a linear range here, so sometimes you will be crushed but just close your eyes and call.
