Doesn't look like a set (flatting pre IP and on the flop with draws out there), and the only draw that came in with the Ts is 98. If he has JT, you've got equity.

hes not c/raising.

anyway im shoving here, due to his agression he might be playing a lot of draws, pair+draw or just AJ like this.. his range is so wide and sets are almost out of the question... TJ is the hand that scares me the most and we have some equity against it.
