Definitely not a set of Tens. Pre-flop action cuts that out. I would think more along the lines of a Flush Draw. Not AX flush draw which he would raise on the turn assuming he is a reg. Flush draws should definitely have been something for you to have kept in mind. Sets are played more aggressively imo, especially on the turn. And on the river you should have made a value bet. If he raises your vbet, it polarizes his hands to a great degree. In that case, flop sets are out, only set deuces or set 7s. These are the only two hands to consider. Check his stats out in that situation and decide whether it is profitable to call.
On that note, if he shoves to your river vbet, i think it reduces the chance that it may be a bluff.

Jacks and Queens are never just called PF here, especially when the villain is OOP. Even a fish knows how to raise high pocket pairs PF. A10 is a high probability though.
