Don't call the turn if you're not calling a brick river.

Bump it up a little more preflop. Good rule of thumb is 3x + 1 for each limper. I sometimes throw in an extra BB for being OOP.

Is this absolutely always the case? I've seen plenty of hands where villain semi-bluffs the turn, and loses heart on the river. Or is it just because we're OOP here?

This is my main dilemma. I'm calling the turn hoping for a smallish riv bet to call down. And giving credit for a big hand if opponent bets big.

I'd bet more on turn
Its make a bluff raise more expensive and the decission becomes easier.
As played i fold river too.

Anyone like a block bet of about 3$ on river? since we have some blocker to the nut strait.

the fact that we play it out of position is very important here.
If villain has big made hand, he's betting river anyway.
If villain has busted draw , he's betting river too, because we've showed weakennss twice in hand, first when we flat turn and second when we check river to him.

I like betting more on the turn - good point. How much more would you bet?

2.75 or 3 since the board is getting a bit coordinated.
If raised after that bet i fold right there.
