Personally I don't like the call on the turn so much here, i think re pushing would be more effective if you dont want to fold(and laying down here is really painful) , as you don't want to see the river everytime he has a spade (As9 can be an hand here).

In theory it is call down.
Dont mind explo fold. V has AsX for bluff, it might be difficult for him to turn AQ/J into bluff. It is possible that his range is 100% flush.

AsX would often just call turn. Probably a fold, but I don't blame you for calling down. I guess once in a blue moon V could have 99
