Villain is a reg, 3b from SB is 10(39). I think he calls my 4b with QQ+, maybe AKs and AKo. So considering this, I think when he x/r he has QQ, AA with Ad, KdKh is a possibility, AdKd and any combination of AKo with Ad or Kd, it might seem a bit loose, but vs this range I have 23 equity, and it gets smaller if we consider a tighter range. Opinions?

I think its poss he might have slighter wider range pre than you suggested, especially as he has 3 to 1 odds of calling your 4 bet. However on the flop IMO you are not beating any of his value bets, he is very unlikely to have any pure bluff hands on this flop. At best imo you are up against AdKo semi bluff which has massive equity against you.

Easy fold IMO.

Don't mind folding here at all. The worst you've up against is AdKx, and with the sizing of the 4bet, you can't completely rule out TT either. 3bettings flop is spewy, and flatting commits you. Can't see reg getting out of line on this flop. Good fold.
