idk man it looks like he does that mess a lot. I mean first off in only 300 and something hands you have seen him defend 2 non premium hand from a 3 bet and those are the only ones that where showed down im sure there where some that he just outright stole.
also he only folds 13% to cbets in three bet pots(because of that I would be cbetting less in amount, and not necessarily in frequency). what im saying is your actually mostly good here so I would try and just see it down cheap so id say blocking bets would be the way to go and if he attacks hard then take a note and fold

I assume your 3bet notes are while villain was on BTN?

This flop normally hits our range more than villains but since they defend wide we will get even more value by betting, in addition to them floating.

Check calling the turn is best here because we aren't getting much value from villains flop calling range (besides AdX floats) by betting and it just overplays our hand in general. I'd be more likely to bet with non-diamond combos of KK but would probably just x/f
