I would fold... Theory maybe its mixed? I imagine IP has to turn some pairs into bluffs on the 4 flush run out and I'd imagine that doesn't happen frequently enough to call. If you think he has AQo preflop at high frequency vs. your 4bet he might have enough combos to bluff with, though. Sizing is small too, though. Not sure why he opted for half pot.

Folding river. As BS mentioned villain needs to turn hands into bluffs here which isn't happening often enough.
