Is this a spot where we should be taking some flops? No reads on SB or BB.

No, this is a particularly bad hand to call with. Your hand will often be dominated by his 3 betting range and you'll be folding a lot to a bet when you miss the flop and it'll be hard to get value when you do flop a big hand. I'd actually rather 4 bet bluff with it than flat but readless I think it's a pretty easy fold.
