I'd call sometimes with position depending on villains post flop tendencies with a view of taking the pot away on future streets, but this wouldn't be an high frequency play..

In this spot though its a fold.. We're be out of position with potentially dominated hand.. Ewww fold and move on

The open itself is so-so, depends on who is behind you. I would open only if there are mostly nits behind. Which means when you get 3bet it's time to fold and move on.
