everyone complains about PT3. Are most of you who bought it still using PT2 for everday play? I may buy it in a little while to mess around with but I have no plans of actually replacing PT2 until a lot gets fixed
06-05-2008 , 03:15 PM
Hellmuth video: New online players raise too much? WTF? I think you mean CALL there Phil.
06-05-2008 , 03:17 PM
No secret Phil is bad at cash. This is just the diagram of why.

Wow, that's almost Tuff_Fish level of quality.

I'm still semi-convinced Phil gives deliberately bad advice (books, etc) to ensure there are always new fish to feed on.

I am months away from buying PT3. It has some potential but I would rather others be the guinea pig. Kinda like watching others take shots at the aggro monkey.

Good read.....

Look guys, I don't care how lucky you've been in the past.

You still have to beat Phil Hellmuth's pocket queens. Good luck!
06-05-2008 , 03:37 PM
LOL that video is terrible and SOOO gimmicky. I love how he uses megalomaniac like 15 times in 3 minutes, and all he really means is maniac. Its ironic too because phil is the biggest megalomaniac in all of poker
06-05-2008 , 03:40 PM
seriously I dont understand...

notice how he advises people to "play very few hands" and to slowplay them on agressive tables.... yeah nothing bad can go wrong there philly!
06-05-2008 , 03:49 PM
I think just about anything Hellmuth gets involved with in books/videos is one huge level.
Really is a huge pile of LOL crap.

Dear Chargers and JeanieJ,

Your avatars are putting me on serious work tilt. I can't get anything done here and may lose my job.

Sincerly,
Sexually Fustrated.....
06-05-2008 , 04:07 PM
So last night I was doing my normal 8tabling session, playing my normal style that evens out to about a 14/10/4 type...Some tables I am at 23/18 and others are like 9/8. Anyways as I was closing down my screens, I had one table that I had 150 Hands on and I was a 1/0/0....thats unimpossible!

Lol both of those hands are awesome. I love how villain calls their last 4.50 with K high on a four flush board, maybe they thought their bluff could still work?
06-05-2008 , 05:06 PM
I love the desperation river bluff.....works everytime...5% of the time.
06-05-2008 , 05:08 PM
Does anyone know how to stop Full Tilt from stealing focus when you are trying to write a note?

I only 7 table and its driving me nuts typing then I look up and see nothing there.

I 12 table and gave up taking notes because of this. It's like impossible. I'm unaware of any way to get around it.
