SnG strategy is not all that useful but push/fold/call ranges and basic ICM understanding is enough to beat (crush) 100 FPP/1 USD exchange rate.

As for the other thing, for a short while they tried not allowing the unregistering from an event you satellited in but people complained so they retracted that. AFAIK now you can get T$ as normal, but since I didn't play any of these for a few months now you might want to double check. I will almost certainly get Supernova this year and just buy the cash bonus at 62.5 exchange rate. This is worse than what I *could* do in satellites but saves time and is not endangered by running like crap.

Normally you can get 99-99.5% of nominal value for your T$ especially for a bigger amount (so grind/sell it all at once).

Indeed. I figure that to win a ticket you need come 1st out of every 3 players. So top 2/6 or top 3/9 all get tickets. To break directly even compared to the $10 for 1000fpp I need to place 1/4 times. So even if I don't have an edge (which I will), I'll be making more money based purely on stats, after a large sample of course.

It's just home stuff, watched some youtube vids and read a bit on forums on how to get these going and got excited. I bought a better grinder a while back which makes a huge difference to the quality of the drink and crema. And it is pretty addictive, like when you throw a perfect discgolf shot or something, just wanna get it again and again. But at least my digestive system is fine with espresso drinks, drip coffee is pretty much a guaranteed mud butt :|
