Saying things like this I assume your at 2NL or not much higher, too lazy to think so lets chalk it up to everybody in the player pool is clicking buttons so I wouldn't fold. The turn is terrible for you and BB shoves, This is a pretty clear fold. If we put people on ranges like how we should we would have to discount some of our outs to improve
given standard ranges UTG opens we would give him AA-TT AK,AQ,AJs maybe ATs.
MP calls could be TT-22,Ax,KQ,KJ,KTs,QJs,QTs,JTs,T9s,98s,87s,76s ,
BB calls could be TT-22, Ax, K8s+,Q8s+, JTs,T9s,98s,87s,76s,65s.
FLOP= BB bets out 1/2 pot into 2 other players this changes his range
value range: Alot of his range consists of aces now, if hes a weak player he might lead out with any weak ace. The rest of his value ranges are AJ,(4 combos cause you have JJ)AQ, KT, QJ, he has alot more value range than bluff range.
when MP goes all in it doesn't make JJ look too hot here, also BB has everybody covered at the table so calling the MP all in not knowing what the BB will do next when he opened the action is risky. on the turn your left with
POT= $2.98
$3.49 to call
$3.49 /($3.49+$2.98)=
$3.49/$6.47 = 0.539
You need 53% equity to make this call
If villain has a straight you have 10 outs (any A,K,Q, or the one Jack remaining)
however if you discount your villains likely holdings, MPs holdings and not forgetting UTG started the open raise I would discount maybe 1 ace for UTG even though he couldve had AK.
Given the action lets just say 3 of your 10 are gone.
you have 7 outs
7x2=14% equity to win against his Villains straight
what else does he have here?
JQ? thats a higher full house
theres not much else hes shoving with it was a bad call unless you had reads villain was a bluffer. Try to put ranges on your opponents so you can make calculations like these
