I think we have a close call on this flop and fold on the turn.

Usually, a cold caller has a strong preflop range.

just for curiosity, what this numbers bellow the hand means? and how this color scheme works? it's about the likelihood of villain having a specific hand? like the darker the less likely?

The numbers below hand show how many times opponents showed this hand at showdown after cold calling a 3bet.

Yes, the more often opponents showed this hand, the lighter the shade.

Just jam otf. His bluffs have too much equity vs you to let him see one or two more free cards, if he has you beat you'll lose money either way.
