Sucks but Im calling pre flop to set mine against this villain now the BB has come along. Villain with really low cbet stat then pots it in to 2 players, we could talk ourselves in to thinking that he does this with TT but then again theres a good chance TT was in his flatting range pre. Does he do it with AK/AQ? His stats suggest he is really only betting when he hits the flop so its possible with the flush draw he could do but I doubt he goes this large. His sizing just screams big over pair at least QQ+ not wanting to get sucked out on. I really don't hate folding to the flop bet.

I would be tempted to call down. It's a weird way for Villain to play his hand when he can easily get you all in on the river by betting 1/2 pot on each street. You are near the top of you range, if you 4 bet KK+. You have 41% equity if you have ranged him correctly and he plays his whole range the same way.

I have 31% equity against this range and it's a close call.
Spoiler:

But, I don't think an opponent with a total 3bet of 4.5% will have TT in a range.
Plus I don't think a nit would shove all FD on the turn.
If we put in 50% TT preflop and 50% FD on the turn, we only get 21% equity.
Spoiler:

So, against an aggressive villain we can call in this spot, but against a nit, it's better to fold.
