Hi!
I'm lost in these kind of situations. Very uncomfortable stacksize (84bb). Tricky fish.
Maybe he's able to turn into bluff something like T6, A5 etc. But who knows?
And maybe, he can do the same with AT.

Bet/f Turn, River chF?
If he bets 6$ on River?

Can we play optimal in these situations?

I prefer myself betting river also in these situations for value (he can have anything) and to avoid such spazments where i dont know where i am at the hand but if he raises., I consider folding..also I would bet a bit larger..

Why are you checking the turn vs a fish who will call with a stupidly wide range?
