Flop: ($5.35) T 3 9 (3 players)
BB bets $3.50, Hero calls $3.50, BTN folds

Turn: ($12.35) 2 (2 players)
BB bets $26.10 all in, Hero folds

Villain was 0/0 over 3 hands when this hand went down.

The minraise 3 bet made me think there was a monster under the bed.
Thought I would float the flop and see where the turn went.
On the turn, the prefop minraise plus the second barrel was enought to convince me I was beat.

Is there a different better way to approach this? I feel like my line is exploitable.

Thanks,

Doc

I had a hand very similar to this just a bit ago. The preflop bet was slightly weaker, I decided to rr and call his shove.

Unless he is firing a missed AK here, there is no point to call flop.

I think you played the hand here well OP. I doubt your line will be exploited so long as you are taking notice of his 3bet tendencies.

Depends what kind of cards he's 3 betting with, a min raise preflop could be a monster but tonight someone minraised me with QKo. You could be beat but I think folding the flop would be weak, since you do have an overpair. AJ, AK and AQ all missed unless they are diamonds and he's drawing, and you do have a few backdoor draws, like if you picked up the queen of diamonds or something. The turns definately a fold so good job, especially since he's unknown too.
