Full Tilt Poker $0.25/$0.50 No Limit Hold'em - 6 players
The Official 2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked.com

SB: $50.00
Hero (BB): $125.85
UTG: $71.75
MP: $55.70
CO: $70.75
BTN: $47.70

Pre Flop: Hero is BB with J J
UTG raises to $1.75, MP calls $1.75, 3 folds, Hero calls $1.25

Flop: ($5.50) T 9 2 (3 players)
Hero checks, UTG checks, MP bets $5, Hero ??

UTG is a tightish player from the 40 or so hands I've been at the table, which is why I elected to flat from the BB. I don't think he'd try to get tricky, so a check = weak.

MP is a TAG, 22/18 type. Nothing specific since he's pretty new to the table. I'm not sure what he'd 3bet with here, but it's safe to say he would with QQ+. It's unknown if he would play suited hands like AJs, KJs, QJs, etc.

Ok, with those limited reads how do I proceed here? I'm looking for a flop and turn plan. Thanks.

I flat call here, and then evaluate the turn. Im happy to get it in on a blank turn against MP. Thos is a decent spot to donk bet is it not?

I agree with Jub about flat calling the flop as played but I don't really care for a donk bet here due to being stuck every time we are raised. bet/call sucks for us since we allow villain to play perfectly when we bet/shove a blank turn and a bet/3bet flop line will get looked up by AdKd AdQd as well as any set and we'll never fold out a better hand. would definitely just call flop and re-eval on turn, likely b/f on blank turns since it puts villain in a situation where he has to reveal his hand strength b/c of pot size.

I would flat call and evaluate. Although a raise sounds very tempting but you do not close the action (although the UTG check is normally a surrender

What cards would you consider as blanks on the turn? (A diamond gives us a 4flush too, although we'll never know if it's good)

2,non diamond 3,4,5. Are the only real blanks I spose, but if you lead th turn if UTG folds youll find out if the card that turns is a blnk or not I think
