V is 43/11 over about 150 hands, with a fold to cbet around 60 (although obv small sample for that, you take what you can get, and I guess the point at least is that they aren't strictly fit/fold). They've run their stack up to around 250bb to start this hand, mostly from two big pots against regs where in one they had a big cooler, in the other they snapped off a bluff (but they had a big hand, so not exactly illuminative in either spot). The rest of the lineup not fairly relevant to this hand...I cover.
Two folds, V (CO) minraises to 2bb,

Hero (BB, covers) with J

makes it 7bb, V calls. Any thoughts on sizing here, either mine or his? FWIW, I don't squarely put his minraise into the 11 PFR camp of his stats, we're so deep and he's RFI that I think this could be basically whatever two cards he decided to play, so I range him at top 30-35 instead of top 11. He does occasionally open to 3bb, so I also don't think he'll show up with the premiums too often here, especially after his flat pre, but you never know.
Flop (14.5bb): 8

Hero bets 10.6bb, V calls. This is my usual c-bet size, and if the fold to c-bet number is any good I think this bet shows an immediate profit with 100% of my range, so I'm 100% c-betting 3/4s pot here.
Turn (35.7bb): 8

So, now I've got a great but non-nut hand, and a nice and awkward OOP spot with 230bbs left to play. Pretty sure I hate all of my options here -- I think a bet could easily get raised by either one big spade or two (or worse, a hand like 6

5

), and I don't love having to call for boat outs and fold river UI. Also don't love checking, gives him a free peel to 7

7

or whatever, although this V is aggro enough that I'm thinking he'll oblige with a bet most of the time?
I checked in this spot, but I'm curious what everyone's plan is from here. Presumably nobody actually wants all 230bbs in on this street, but are you just bet 25bb here, 70bb on non-

river? If V cracks you to 80bb over your 25bb bet, calling for boat outs and c/f UI on the river? If V delays to the river and shoves over the 70, folding?
In any event, this player was obviously the reason I was taking a shot at this particular game, so now that I got in the nice deep tangle with him, what are your objectives?
