In this hand I opened the pot from the LJ with 54s which is in my opening range from this position. I checked the flop after flopping trips as I would with my entire range. Once it checks through, I decide I need to bet turn to start getting some value. I imagine that the min-raise from MP is being done with middling pocket pairs, Kx, or some straight/gutshot draws. I don't expect to get outdrawn very often, and I don't think villain has very many hands that could call a reraise so I just called. On the river, though, I'm not sure if it would be better to lead out with a bet? Or to check and hope villain bets?
