Apologies if this is going to seem very nitty, I'm still very new to studying poker so I try to be conservative whenever possible.

PokerStars - $0.02 NL (6 max) - Holdem - 5 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

BB: 113 BB (VPIP: 30.43, PFR: 21.74, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 24)
Hero (UTG): 120.5 BB
CO: 123.5 BB (VPIP: 3.57, PFR: 3.57, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 28)
BTN: 52.5 BB (VPIP: 64.00, PFR: 0.00, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 27)
SB: 99 BB (VPIP: 14.29, PFR: 14.29, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 7)

SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.5 BB) Hero has Q Q

Hero raises to 3 BB, fold, BTN calls 3 BB, fold, BB raises to 12.5 BB, Hero calls 9.5 BB, fold

Flop: (28.5 BB, 2 players) K 6 K
BB bets 18 BB, fold

BB wins 27.5 BB

I haven't played with the BB enough, but they did seem to be playing straightforward enough. I put his 3bet range as JJ+,AJs+,KQs,AQo+, but that's probably too tight and should be wider. I felt that with Queens, I was beat probably >50% of the time here, and I wasn't likely to improve my hand with only 2 outs. If I had called here, would I likely be facing two more streets of barrels?

Not an expert here but I would have 4 bet preflop with QQ especially against a BB 3bet. Your range smashes his 3 betting range from the BB. BB can is going to 3 bet much wider. If he 5 bets here, I am probably folding because at that point he has AA, KK the majority of the time. If he calls your 4 bet he might have AK but I wouldn't put him on any pocket pair better than JJ. This is all preflop of course. I think that is where you made a mistake.

With that flop I probably would take a check call line even after the 4 bet. That maybe wrong but I think you shouldn't CBet this board with QQ. Depending on turn card, may check fold if he bet both flop and turn.

As played, I don't see anything wrong if you decide to fold the flop but you may want to float one street to see if you barrels turn.

Flatting 3-bet is good and fine. BB should have a tighter 3b range than SB.

Call flop.
