I need help with what post-flop raise sizing to use facing a bet in different flop scenarios. I need help with what post-flop raise sizing to use facing a bet in different flop scenarios.

I'm mainly looking for 1 raise size to use in these different scenarios on the flop:

Facing a bet IP on a wet/dynamic board
Facing a bet IP on a dry/monotone board
Facing a bet OOP on a wet/dynamic board
Facing a bet OOP on a dry/monotone board

Please recommend 1 sizing as a % of pot that you would use in each of these scenarios.

Also, do I give up a significant amount of EV using just 1 size compared to a GTO solution? If so, how many raise sizes do you realistically need to get a small EV regret?

As nobody is playing gto our raise sizes should be full on exploit, and perhaps even more/as important as board and position is player type. Stations should be milked with value and rarely bluffed at all, nits we can increase our raise size with bluffs to exploit their overfolds. Regs we might think about being more sneaky but still, everything is very context dependent. I think you're on the right lines but we're definitely losing EV if we're looking for one-size-fits-all solutions.
