I'll just get in autopilot mode sometimes a hand ends and he showdows his hand and i go "oh nice. how did we get to this point?." So then i have to go back and replay. I know it souds ridiculious but it happens to me
I think i all a lot too, i don't know if it's me afraid of being bluffed 90%+ of the big pots i lose i with these stupid calldowns.

I'm exactly the same, can be a bit of a call station sometimes!
Pro tip its OK to fold most rivers, might be useful to filter out your PT/HEM hands to "won/lost rivers" to show how much money you're potentially pissing away, as most money is won/lost there. This should massively help your win rate. Especially if there are no flush draws etc.
Just to reiterate fold more
Also watch as many videos as you can and apply coaches methodology in their head, why am I betting? What worse hands will call me, what kinds of hands can villain have etc. Gluck!
