Playing 3 handed, 1/2 NL, so I figure it belongs in headsup.
Effective stacks are $200. Villian is very spewey. I would normally be betting this right away but decided to get ******ed.

He checks, I bet out $40, he raises to $90.

I have such a hard time seeing how he got here with an 8 and didn't bet the flop given how he's been playing, and I don't see how he raises me with a 3 since almost nothing he beats is calling him.
