Me and villain have alot of history, he's a decent winning reg, and pretty aggressive but not a tard. He knows I'm capable of some complex bluffs and some wild ****, but I feel like he thinks I give up hands on the river too much.

He's been 3-betting and 4-betting alot preflop, and I've been 3-betting alot as well. I have bluffed on the river in these type of spots vs him but this session I've been giving up in these spots vs him.

He's capable of trapping with a Queen here, and will shove the river if he has one(98% sure of this), but i think alot of the time he'll raise the flop with trips here.

c/f seems the best line. Cant imagine why you would want to call after checking

so he knows ur capable of bluffing alot and that u gives up river alot, sounds like a good reason to call any flushdraw twice and either fold if u bet and he doesnt hit or call obv if he improves or fire soon as u check river to him (+ all other various A high / random floats)

obv the most value u have here (given that there are more combos of Qx that he calls probably than pocketpairs left under 9s that arent sets) is from him bluffing his floats / flushdraws. quite honestly this isnt exactly a board thats seldomly floated. Its sooooo hard for u to have a hit here esp if u 3bet alot so if u check i cant see any reason at all why u would want to fold esp since the only backdoorflushdraw he could float the flop on now can call the turn too IP besides his floats/ A high calldowns.

why would u fold a flushdraw to a two barrel from a guy who bluffs alot to give up rivers on QQxx IP? random floats might have been untrue tho

I'd be raising somewhere in this hand if I had a flushdraw. Call/call/pray he checks so I can bluff line cannot be good especially since villain might 3barrel bluff the river himself

call/call/shove is a perfectly fine line with a flushdraw... that said, id probably valueshove. i think its very close between c/f, c/c and shove.
