Yes, on all sites except Party. Last month or so really been enjoying battling with other bumhunting regulars on Party for tables, pretty fun :P

Ive looked at the distribution of tables a number of times this week and there really doesnt seem to be that many more A tables running. If you look at 1/2 right now, it has a decent number of tables running and not really a difference with the letter that starts the table.

There may be a slight slight slight difference in the long run, but I doubt the amount of time spent bitching and moaning and writing to FTP to make it KOTH and randomization and who kicks who off which table if they sit out outweighs the EV of just sitting down at the first open table.

it does indeed make a big difference. I used to think it didn't but then I realized by looking up PTR's of the guys who always have A-tables and actually play not just hold them for their pimps and they play way more hands than other people whereas they gameselect just as tight.
Look up ProfesserK or Storco for example

Ya it def matters. The middle letter tables sometimes have more games because of reg on reg action. Also I will pay anyone $50 to punch ProfessorK in the face

You definitely get more action on a table at the top of the list. There is an easy way to confirm this right now. Load up FTP and look at the games running at nl200 and look at the starting letters of the tables. Letters A to D currently make up half the list. Scroll up and look at the tables waiting afterwards to see a large selection of all letters.

I chose nl200 since there are a lot of games running and it's also where people start to get more desperate for action.

it def makes a difference. if im going down the list to play a reg i just skip over the A tables cause i know no one on them is going to play me. so i usually end up somewhere further down the list before i find someone that will play.

Confirmed action is better at the A tables, I used to seek them out and now i dont but maybe games are just dying hard.

agree with KOTH system as oppose to randomization. I can't wait to sit with all these bum hunters and watch them all relegated to the P tables cos they won't play anyone. All they need to do is remove the stupid 'right to refuse action' rule. If they won't post kick them off (as already is the case). After that there just needs to be a way to stop them returning or table blocking.

i'd love to hear how you guys adjust to regs who min raise open like 90%

Lots of regs open 90% (mr or 3x).

Call wider, 3b more, donk more flops, cr more flops. Depends on what they do after the initial pfr.

Professerk doesn't use a script to get the tables afaik, he is just very good at getting them.

About playing minraisers, just demand they 4x the button or no game imo

I read somewhere that he did. Could be wrong tho.

Why would you request someone to 4x the button? Seems terrible

Whenever he is online he always seems to have the best A tables too at every level. He's got something going on for sure.

right now he's top of the list on every A tbl from 1/2 to 5/10 (he's second on 10/20).
