Man RUSH POKER really made me put in a grind session today. I played from 9am to 4am almost constantly. I played 4500 hands of HU and 4500 hands at RUSH tables. Ohh obv lost 14BI at 100NLRUSH and won like 2600 at HU. I forgot that you can't just stack off with TT pre everytime and one pair is not the nuts postflop

Any thoughts on how Rush Poker is going to affect HU?

My initial thoughts, after playing for an hour or so, is that its going to make the HU games even worse on FTP. Generally fish that play HU are action junkies and HU has traditionally been the most action game in poker as you see more hands without having to wait. (Important to a fish).

With Rush Poker they don't have to wait at all and can play loads and loads of hands.

Just wondered whether you thought it was going to draw fish away from HU action?

I thought rush would be bad for games in general from the start, which is why I'm not a fan. I really hope they don't create higher stake games, and I reallyy hope they don't make HU rush.

Nothing wrong with that at all as long as you're abiding by any specific rules some sites have. Maybe he only plays 2 tables max but wants to open 4 on tilt? Maybe he wants to have 4 open on tilt, 4 on stars , 4 on AP, etc. Nothing wrong with that imo.

Hey all,

I might try my hand at HUCash. If I do, gonna start small to get my feet wet. What's the action like at .5/1 and 1/2 on FT, Stars, and Cake?

On FT, .5/1 is still extremely good (if you play regs), 1/2 is still pretty good imo (though less so, clearly)

But don't regs sit out as soon as they realize you're not a fish?

Eh, a lot do. But once you get comfortable enough with your game to play everyone at a limit, you find enough competent but bad players (mostly just bad @ 100nl) to have a good amount of action - especially if you plan on playing on three sites.

@ 1/2 I've had more of a problem with this issue, but mostly because I'm not yet willing to play the regs (which there are more of) that crush the game at higher levels and just sit @ 1/2 for when they don't have action @ 5/10.

Ok, this happens to me now like every week for last 3 weeks and 5th week before:

Biggest drooler runs up 10 buy-ins on me by rivering bunch of 1-4 outs at most in huge pots and then I take it all back.

It's so disgusting, first 3 times i managedto keep them around, but this time he ran away and i felt so disgusted. But miracle happened - he came back, i've talked him into 2-tabling, he agreed, and finally I crushed him, he ran away and sit himself at new table. I joined he did not deny and i've got another 3 buy-ins, he left again, then I joined his tables in waitlist, tilted reg lost to him bunch and ran away mad mad, i've took another 3 buy-ins of this dude, he left 3rd time. Wish I can find him and play 24/7.

Is there any resource online, article, videos etc on post-session analysis. Its something I have never done except ICM stuff in snsgs. Cardrunners does not have a search function, did they do anything on this? What I would like to do is being able to understand why opponent X had an edge on me.

Yep in PT3 def.

The HH still gets written to your CPU even if youve moved onto the next hand as the previous hand still plays out, you just don't see it on screen.

You can check Last Hand History in game as normal too. Not sure if the HUDS are working though.

Turn: ($200) 3 (2 players)
Hero bets $222, SB raises to $450.45 (All-In), Hero calls $228.45

River: ($1100.90) J (2 players, 1 all-in)

Total pot: $1100.90 | Rake: $0.50

Results below:

So? He can still open 4 tables on tilt even if he only intends to play on two, which is all he was asking.
