well sure im not saying it's bad, but if someone has been openshoving for 30 hands, chances are he's gonna do it long enough for us to find a hand that has better than 60% equity vs a random range

of course you can. but you're losing 2-3bb per HAND waiting for that perfect spot. And the fish miight tighten up if they see you are being a nit. Edges don't last forever. AQo is less than 65% vs a random hand

good points. i guess my primary concern is that there's an extremely high chance that he's planning on leaving if he doubles, and i want to do as much as i can to mitigate that risk.

i suppose it's a function of weighing the risk of taking a higher variance and probably one-time edge and the risk of such an extremely +EV opportunity weakening or disappearing.

ya, would also need to know your bankrolll to properly judge this. but i read guys like ashman say they'd flip on a 55/45 for 1/2 of their net worth and it blows my mind

my internet is working fine on everything else that i do, but i get disced from ftp about every 2 seconds. apparently ftp is working fine for everyone else. anyone got any idea of what the problem might be?

edit: nvm a router restart took care of it for now.

Anyone know if the mobile internet is good enough to play poker online? - more specifically the UK. My internet is fine in general but crashes every couple of days - would get a 2nd connection but i'm moving out in the next couple of months.
