I think its hysteric that people even bother to debate on whether or not to call it bum-hunting or game selection, do you really got nothing else to do? Being a prick on 2p2 seems to be some sort of c00l b0y phenomena these days, well my ignore list grows.
i think that ignore list is the new c00l b0y phenomena... i should go check it out!

now that you mentioned it... yes it probably is, but depends on the amount of hardcore game selection you use

Bumhunting 50NL w/ people who play 90% from both positions and see 40% of showdowns kinda makes tight right.

I never use any "more special" stats so I have no idea if his W$SD is really high for his WTSD, but winning high % of showdowns doesn't necessarily have to mean running hot.

He could either be superuser or too nitty to sustain high W$SD

its ridiculously high for your wtsd, and you play absurdly tight in the bb. everything else looks fine

Hey do you guys think there would be interest in a thread where people post videos of sessions vs opponents that gave them trouble? I find HH reviews so much less meaningful in the HU forum because of how important context is in HU matches. So I think it'd be great for people to post shortish (~ a half hour) vids of villains that they struggled against. And to talk general strategy and specific HH as it relates to that villain type.

I'm recording a few vids here and there to post one, but just wondering what people thought.

i record a lot of my sessions, and would definitely post some if ppl wanted to actively start doing this. i'm not sure how much time i can spend reviewing though

Really dumb, vague question but 53/48 isn't overly tight at all. Some hu guys are like 38/32. I'm 48/40 and I wouldn't consider myself overly tight.

Also just because your won $ at sd is in the mid 50's doesn't mean you're necessarily running good like some posters have suggested. Fwiw, I have a large sample at hu and my w$sd is 54.71

48/40 is far too tight for hu. If thats how you play and you do well then good for you but its def not optimal.

Nah, I disagree. I do see where you're coming from but its hard to determine what optimal stats are when so much of it is opponent dependent
