this is so untrue, i dont know why anyone would think this. you can beat the highest sng levels just knowing push fold strategys pretty much, esp when you are playing a turbo. Sure he might become a good hu nl player just like anyone can but thats not something thats going to happen overnight. Just because its poker doesnt mean its the same, i mean are tournaments the same as well because you think about ranges, opponents, etc. in seven card stud people do the same thing, think about ranges, opponents, how they think, tilting etc but just because its technically poker doesnt mean its the same. I really think your under rating how many intracacies, how tough it is and how much practice it takes to be a great HU nl player, no one that plays sngs can just switch over to hu nl like its the same game and expect to be a top player.

rules for prop bet

1. 20k hands
2. 4 tables
3. when both are 250bb+ either person has the right to ask for fresh tables.
4. 1 table an hour can be switched out for a new one if player runs low/out of timebank.
5. run it twice will be on for the entire 20k hands.
6. 45 minute sessions minimum
7. minimum of 2k hands per week (1 week of my choice we can take off). If I fail to complete that amount of hands I owe $500. If I ask to play and he is unable to for whatever reason than I am not liable for the $500.
8. if both players are down, the player down less is the winner of the sidebet.
9. winner will receive the entire 12k that has been escrowed to pasterbator.
10. we have both agreed that pasterbator will be the arbitrator in any disagreement.

To clarify rules 5, 7, 9:

5. If someone accidentally misclicked RIT to turn it off for a hand, is there a penalty? Its not that unlikely so it should be addressed.

7. Does WS get to choose a week where he can opt out of the 2k hand minimum as well?

9. Instead of paying out the whole $12k i've decided to send $5k to the winner and replace the other $7k with coaching at $700/hr (10 hours). I can't imagine this being a problem so i'll just assume its cool with everyone.

he picked the amount of the side bet, the amount of hands, the stakes, and that we have run it twice on so basically every major issue has been what he proposed.

with 5 i dont care i know i wont purposely do it, i would let a 1 time mistake go as an honest mistake and then from there maybe a $50 penalty that counts against you in the prop bet if thats ok with whateverson?
