Don t tell me i should change table!I want to know how to best play hard situation, i dont care about winrate I want learn.
so I sould tighten up , play only AA KK QQ JJ 1010 AK AQ AJs KQs vs him?
Should I call his 3bet with this range or 4bet him or 4bet AA KK QQ JJ and call others?

Tighten up your opening range if he doesn't fold more then he is being exploitable.
4bet wider if he reacts with too much folding.
Call more if he reacts with too much calling and 4bet a tight range.
Basically if he raises a lot and calls a lot your best dominant strategy is to not raise a lot and call a lot.

Figure out if villain defends their 3bs vs 4bet . If they over defend widen your value range and tighten your opening rang . If they overfold, 4b more. If they are the sort to start 5b jamming wide but not flatting as much you can start 4b 88+ for value.

I think the biggest leak you can have in this spot is too call too much preflop and play fit or fold postflop. Furthermore, the obvious adjustement is to open a little bit tighter. I like to play either 4 bet or fold ( although not necessarily optimal for various stack sizes), but it enables you to have a strong, balanced range. If you do elect to call, make sure you don't have a completely capped range by adding strong hands like aces to your cold calling range. A perfectly viable strategy to employ against him is to 4-bet AA-99, AK, AQs ( maybe even a bit looser depending on your opening range frequency) and fold everything else. Although realize that he is 3-betting with very weak holdings.
