No reads on this opponent but I'm guessing raise/call UTG is often good AK/AQhands, SCs and pocket pairs?

I post this hand because I seem to find myself in this situation a lot. It seems like if you bet/bet/bet you pay off two-pair and if you check the turn then draws get to check back for free or even bluff the turn and river.

What should my plan be on turn/river here? Bet and get it in or slow down because the board is pretty dry.
