50NL Hold'Em 6-Max

SB: 100BB
BB: 100BB
UTG+1: 100BB
UTG+2: 100BB HERO AQ
CO: 100BB
Button: 100BB

PREFLOP:
SB and BB post, UTG+1 opens with 3x raise, and HERO UTG+2?

I am often faced with this spot and I am wondering what preflop charts, solvers, and/or others opinions are on how to play AQo UTG+2 vs UTG+1 open?

I usually flat but I sometimes wonder if this is just a fold? How does the answer to this question change if we have AQ suited?

Vs smaller open sizes I would pretty much always 3bet this. Vs a 3x open I suppose you could think about folding but in reality I'm 3betting this most of the time, hoping for folds but it's in perfectly good shape if called.

9-handed you could start to think about folding early vs early.
