How important are non-showdown winnings?

Hi guys.
Decided to try and build a bankroll starting at 2nl to eventually be playing isuldur1 and co and living in a sick house in Thailand.
After 10k hands at 2nl, i'm 11.20 BB/100 and have more than doubled my original $32 bankroll ($44 profit). Also got a present from Stars in the form of a milestone hand (sick rakeback) so i'm rolled for 10nl but I want 10k hands at each level minimum, and to double my bankroll each time (so $64 profit at 5nl before moving up).
I've played a few thousand hands at 5nl and results wise it's looking good although i'm running pretty good so time will tell.
I use and follow my Pokertracker 3 pretty religiously, and noticed that i'm losing money overall without showdowns. Obviously my showdown winnings are through the roof, but how important is this at the Micros?
Can post my graph if required but it will take a while for me to firgure out how...
Thanks

Not very important at the micros as people don't like to fold.
Key is to get strong hands and take them to showdown.
Value bet value bet value bet.

there are many ways to win money; different players take different approaches. I personally didn't start to win at a good clip until i flattened out my red line.

Posting your positional stats will be more beneficial - in the stats thread stickied.
There's also threads in the stickied memorable strat thread regarding improving your redline.
