How do you calculate eq vs a preflop range that's more likely to have some combos over others? How do you calculate eq vs a preflop range that's more likely to have some combos over others?

For example, if vil is 3x more likely to have AK in his range than QT, is there a way to plug that into Equilab or some program? I was looking for a way to add additional combos, as in make a deck with 36 combos of AK, but couldn't find this. I know Flopzilla has the "weight" buttons, but in Flopzilla as far as I know you can only calculate equity vs 1 combo at a time.

you can weight combos in equilab. It's the box to the top right of the grid window, you can adjust the percentage of each selection in the grid.
why would you want 36 combos of AK and not just 33% of QT combos?

the circled box is where you can select weights. This is a sample range with 1% of overpair combinations, 100% of suited awesome hands, 100% of smiley hands, and 69% of only marginally awesome hands
