How to deal with players who floats C bet Husng

The ops that i have been playing lately have all had the same tendency of not giving up easily, they expect me to cbet a whole lot, would c/r me on draw heavy boards, and float me OOP on dry boards, and leads out with a big donk bet on the river.
how do you deal with this type of OPs?

cbet less; barrel when you do; and valuetown in general (tpgk is a bet/bet/shove esp when draws miss)
