Villain is 26/20/2.7. I limp rr with KK as he has a high steal % from the button. Now that I've hit a monster whats the most +EV way to extract value? Bet hard and stack him the times he has AK, and maybe get him to call at least the flop bet with AQ and TJ, but lose value from all his other hands. Or is there another line I can take?
