After review this session that i've played, i've got kind of lost.
Don't know what exactly i should do to improve my game
So i'm posting it here, so you guys can see and maybe help me out telling me
what you think about it, and help me out saying what should i do to improve.

OP: you might wanna read the stickied "new posters" thread at the top of the forum. In case you dont, you should know that this forum isnt the place to post entire sessions for review. If you have questions about a particular hand or concept then by all means post that (after reading the posting guidelines). Nobody is going to review an entire session for a complete stranger for free.
