Heads Up No Limit Cash - What to Track with a HUD?

This question pertains to head's up, no limit CASH games...not tournament play.
I've used Poker Tracker 3 when playing 9-handed ring games, and track the metrics such as VP$IP, PFR, C-bets, Folds to steals, etc.
However, as a relatively new heads-up cash player, these metrics don't seem very valid, given the high percentage of hands played, the fact that c-bets are routine, etc. Is anyone using Poker Tracker or a similar tool to track metrics for heads up play? If so, may I ask what you find to be of use?

Holdem Manager FTW. It's AWESOME for HU play. I use position specific stats like SB VPIP etc. Very helpful.
