UTG hit his king or is trying to rep a pair of kings hoping SB had JJ or QQ.

Any reason we choose to 1/2 pot on the flop in a multi way pot?

The goal was to keep both players in the pot. I wasn't too worried about the initial flat call pre flop from MP. Perhaps 2/3 may have been a better bet to avoid an awkward situation on the river?

Thoughts about the check on the turn? The goal was to induce a bet once the K hit, however I wasn't anticipating on UTG open shipping.

Seems like a pretty haywire open ship with MP and SB still left to act.

Appears that the $160 bet got the UTG player to spazz on that turn card. I'm curious as to his holding. Maybe he floats AK because you're a little deeper?

Depending on table dynamics and history, your $160 might be fine. I lean toward 2/3 pot, however. Great game to get 2 callers on a 4x to 22x raise!

He shipped 425 all in when there was over 700 in the pot. If you guys were deep stacked that would be similar to a value bet. He could have KK. I don't know much about this player so that's hard to determine.

Possibly AK or KJ is the only thing I can think of that cause the action to play out like this. I don't think we're ever running into a set or some kind of funky two pair when he does this. The game was great, though this was just one of those spots that was I find odd.

I can see the reason in shipping to get value. Unfortunately I didn't play with him long enough to gain to much information about the way he played. I seriously consider the possibility of running into a set of kings, but I figured anyone who hits their set on the turn is more than likely going to check allowing for MP to bet the turn or for SB to lead the river. Just thought this hand played out pretty funky.
