Villian is very aggro, 3betting 30% only 48 hands tho and flop cbet in 3bet pot 100% only sample of 2. He was slightly tilted so gave him a wider than usual 3bet range. On the river my thoughts are I can maybe get some value from 9x and 8x in his range? But looking back now seems way too thin and I should check back or is it okay??

Fold preflop,

Way too thin IMO, you will only get called by better Ts here.

We can call here preflop. We are over 200bbs deep and villain is 3 betting wide

I prefer to check turn, as played I think it's fine to b/f river.

too thin, you arent getting 3 streets from worse. He can easily have a better ten at the very least.

imo check turn b/f river.

I actually prefer checking back turn. U will be valuetowning urself way to much. If he checks that river, im just gonna MEH and flip a coin to valuebet or not.

Fine call pre btw, u can almost play any 2, atleast soooted 200bbs deep HU.

Yeah as soon as I bet river I knew it was way too thin, I should definately check back turn for sure.

Luckily, he must of been tilted and called me with 87suited

Too thin.. but it worked so call it a triple merge range. Don't bluff for a while. lol

This seems pretty damn thin to me. He still has Ax in his range here... hes deep so he probably doesn't bet an ace on the turn a ton, especially with a bad kicker. He also doesn't bet JJ-KK, J10-K10. If he has some random ten you're splitting. So think of all those combinations... and you're hoping he shows up with a 9 or 8 and hero calls? I mean hes never going to show up with an under pair or check call K high twice OOP, right? It isn't *awful*, but it sounds like you had momentum... why not prevent him from winning a big pot and untilting? I think for that reason alone it is a mistake to be doing this. Also, showing and winning with 10-6 can be further tilting to some opponents... and betting prevents him from seeing your hand.
