What are you getting value from other than KQ, AQ possibly which still might fold and you block AQ. Not having the Ah is especially bad.

Far more combos that will call and beat you than the ones you can get a call from that you beat.

What is appropriate for c-bets? Can I always go with 40% or should I mix it up. Oftentimes I get this feeling that I gotta protect my hand on wet boards or if it's multiway and eventually bet like 60% or so. Should I never do that?
