Count how many times you see the word "raise" in the above description of pre-flop play. Maybe you need to remind yourself that AK is NOT a made hand and ask yourself why CO raised here.

A bet on the flop would have changed everything. You take it down, CO calls (oh nos), CO raises (oh nos).

The turn, you have no idea of his strength, you bet he calls (oh nos)

The river is RR (oh nos)

The six buck turn bet could have been spent on the flop and saved you >21 bucks.

I also think your pre flop raise might be a bit heavy because you sort of ran out of stack early.

I am not very good at analyzing hands, have not done it in years, did not intend to say so much, expect the boys to cut this to pieces. Sharpen those knives boys!

No stats or reads? Readless I fold preflop because he has to put you on a decent hand and he's still making a cold 4bet.

As played I guess it's OK, you're never ahead when he raises river but it's too late to take it back and you can't fold for tree fiddy.

No one is cold 4betting in that spot without a Monster. Take a look in your database and see how you are doing when you get all in preflop with AK. That should teach you how bad of an idea it is.

What does this have to do with this situation?

Could definitely be a fold pre, when called I xc flop, turn could prolly be xc too and bet small on the river.

As has been said, clear fold pre to a cold 4bet with no reads that villain's a maniac.

As played we can never fold postflop, but I'd rather check turn and see if he'll stab with KK-JJ. If he checks back again then I'd lead small on the river to try and squeeze some value.

3betting AKo vs UTG+2 open is on the aggro side of most preflop strat, so when you get cold 4b at 25nl this is a pretty easy fold pre. I haven't seen any cold 4b bluff at 25nl, and it's always at least QQ+/AK though the vast majority of the time it is KK+.

With more aggro dynamics (not in nitring), in later positions and at higher limits you can call/shove sometimes but here it's a very standard fold.

Postflop is fine, you have to get value from KK.

Because when you get cold 4bet to 1/5 of the effective stacks, Villain is essentially asking you if you want to get it in right now and play for stacks. If you shove, he will insta-call. When you filter and see what the population tendencies are for GII at your site and stake, that should give you an idea of his range. Once you see how badly AK fares in those situations, you should begin to understand why this is a fold preflop. Now do you understand what this has to do with this situation?
