Call pre is fine.

Vs a passive player with a low-ish 3bet, and a big bet into two players, with someone left to act after us, I think a fold here on the flop is fine

Flatting PF is 100% OK here.

Flop I would definitely fold. Villain seems fairly passive and here he is exploding. Assuming his AF is typically low as well, let it go.

To me it is a good set of combos for your 3 bet flatting range. You can't 4 bet them for value by default but flatting has to be better than folding.
